Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 working days. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What are your shipping fees?
We charge a flat rate of £10 per order for UK delivery.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales on discounted products are final. Because these items are offered at reduced prices; we do not accept returns or exchanges on them. Please ensure you select the correct product before checkout.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have been placed, as all sales are final.
What quality are the extensions?
We offer a range from 10A grade processed extensions up to raw, unprocessed luxury textures, giving you options depending on your preference and budget.
How do I care for my wig/extensions?

Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

Always detangle gently from ends to roots.

Apply a lightweight leave-in conditioner or serum to maintain softness.

Wrap or cover hair with silk/satin at night to reduce friction.

Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Raw hair can be bleached, dyed, and heat styled, similar to natural human hair.

10A/12A grade hair is already processed, so we recommend minimal chemical treatments to avoid damage.
How long will the hair last?

With proper care, raw extensions can last 2–3 years.

10A/12A grade hair typically lasts 6–12 months with good maintenance.
Do wigs come pre-styled?
Wigs arrive in their natural state (straight, wavy, or textured). You can style them to your liking or book our professional customisation services for bleaching, plucking, cutting, and styling.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the courier. While we are not responsible for courier delays, we will assist you in tracking your package if needed.
