Once your order has been handed to the courier, That Hair Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, missed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control (such as postal strikes, severe weather, or customs delays).
Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, you must notify us at info.thathair@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and photos of the packaging/product. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
