Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship only within the UK.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 10 working days.

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of £10 is applied to every order.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • As our products are offered at discounted prices and due to the nature of hair products (hygiene reasons), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

  • Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Please double-check your items, textures, lengths, and quantities before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every item before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact us at info.thathair@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

  • If approved, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
