  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 10 working days.

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of £10 applies to all orders.

  • Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, orders become the responsibility of the courier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. Due to discounted pricing and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

  • If an item is received damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos for review.
